VISITORS

Parents and other visitors are welcome and encouraged to visit the school. Please make arrangements with your child's teacher prior to your visit and check in at the front reception desk or office for a Visitor Pass before going to any classroom. No parent is permitted to be on campus without first receiving a visitor's pass in the main lobby. You will be asked to present photo ID in order to receive a Visitor Pass.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

The school clinic provides minor first aid care. We do not offer medical diagnosis or treatment. Parents will be notified when a student is injured on campus or when it appears that he/she is so ill he/she should be sent home. It is imperative that the school have an accurate home phone number, work phone number and emergency phone number for each scholar. If there is no home telephone, please provide us with the number of the relative or neighbor . The school must be able to contact someone responsible for the student in case of emergency. When numbers change, it is the parent's responsibility to notify the school.
